SEO Packages

We do not sell silver, gold and platinum. Here is what we do instead, and everything that determines the number.

[INSERT TRUST BAR]Client logos, years in operation, or a verified results figure.

Tiered packages price the agency's convenience, not your problem

The standard three-column table sells a quantity of deliverables: so many keywords, so many blogs, so many links. It is easy to compare and easy to buy, which is why it is everywhere. It also has almost nothing to do with what it would take to move your particular site, because none of those quantities were chosen by looking at your site.

The consequence is predictable. Businesses that needed a technical fix buy four blog posts a month. Businesses in a brutally competitive category buy the tier they could afford and get a fraction of what would have been required. Both pay for a year, both see very little, and both reasonably conclude SEO does not work.

What actually determines your number

We quote on a call, after looking at the site. That is not evasion; it is the only way the number means anything. Here is everything that goes into it, so you can judge the range before spending an hour with us.

01 How competitive your category is The single largest factor, and it is set by your competitors rather than by you. Ranking a niche B2B product and ranking a consumer finance term differ by an order of magnitude in effort, at identical company size.
02 The condition of the site today A clean, fast, well-structured site starts producing sooner and costs less to move. A site carrying a decade of debt spends its first months on remediation before anything compounds. The audit tells us which you are, and you get it before committing.
03 How much content has to be produced Usually the largest variable line. Whether pages need writing from scratch or rewriting, how specialised the subject is, and whether your team can supply expertise or we source it.
04 Whether you need earned authority Digital PR and link acquisition are the slowest and most expensive components. In some categories they decide the outcome. In plenty of local and niche ones they are close to unnecessary, and we will tell you which you are in.
05 How many markets or locations One site in one country is the base case. Multiple cities, languages or country versions multiply nearly every line rather than adding to them.
06 How much you want to keep in-house Some clients want everything run. Others want strategy and review while their own team executes. The second costs materially less and works well when the team genuinely has capacity.
What you are committing to
No published tiers Ninety days to start Then month to month Ad spend and tools at cost The audit is yours either way

If your budget is below what the category realistically requires, we will say so on the call and tell you what we would do with it instead, including doing nothing yet. Taking a fee we know is too small to work is the worst outcome for both of us.

What an engagement can contain

Assembled around what your site needs. Nobody gets all of it, and nobody should pay for all of it.

01 Technical foundations Crawl, index, speed, structure and schema. Almost always first, because everything published afterwards depends on it and remediation does not compound while it is outstanding.
02 Content production Briefed against a real search or a real sales objection, written, optimised and delivered for your review. Volume is set by the gap, not by a monthly quota.
03 Local and map visibility Profile, citations, reviews and location pages, where your buyers search geographically.
04 Digital PR and link acquisition Manual outreach with every source disclosed. Included only where the category actually requires it.
05 AI and answer-engine visibility Measurement and structuring for citation in AI answers. Increasingly not optional, and largely the same underlying work.
06 Measurement and reporting Conversion tracking that works, a baseline agreed before we start, and a written monthly note on what moved and what did not.

How you find out the number

  1. 01 A short call What you sell, who to, and what you want more of. Fifteen minutes, and enough for us to say whether we are the wrong fit before either of us invests more. Step 1
  2. 02 We look at the site A real look: technical state, current visibility, and who is beating you for the terms that matter. Free, and the findings are yours regardless. Step 2
  3. 03 A scoped proposal What we would do, in what order, why, and what it costs. One number and a scope you can hold us to, not a menu of tiers. Step 3
  4. 04 Ninety days With agreed evidence of progress defined before we start, so the first review is against a standard rather than a feeling. Step 4

Questions buyers actually ask

Because any number we published would be either meaningless or misleading. The same monthly fee is generous for one business and nowhere near enough for another in a harder category, and a published figure invites you to compare against agencies quoting for a completely different scope. We would rather spend twenty minutes and give you a real number.

There is a floor, because below a certain monthly commitment there are not enough hours to do anything that compounds, and taking the money anyway would waste it. We will tell you plainly on the call if you are under it, and what we would suggest doing instead.

Yes. The technical SEO audit is a fixed-scope, fixed-price deliverable with no ongoing commitment, and it is often the right first purchase. Plenty of clients take it to their own developers and stop there.

The pricing page covers how we work commercially across everything we do. This page is specifically about SEO engagements and what drives their cost, because "seo packages" is what people search when they are trying to work out a budget.

The initial visibility and technical review that produces your quote is free, and the findings are yours whether or not you proceed. The full fifteen-day technical audit, which is a much deeper piece of work, is a paid deliverable.

Ninety days to start, because nothing meaningful in this discipline can be judged faster than that, then month to month. No twelve-month lock-in. If we are not producing, leaving should be straightforward.

No. Media is paid directly to the platform and third-party tool costs are passed through at cost. Our fee is for the work, and it does not quietly scale with your spend.

Get a real number

A short call and a look at your site, and we will tell you what the work would cost and what it would consist of. If the answer is that you should not spend it with us yet, we will tell you that too.
