White Label SEO Reseller Program
The partnership structure: how tiers work, what onboarding looks like, and what each side commits to.
Most reseller arrangements fail on the boundaries, not the work
The delivery is rarely what breaks a partnership. What breaks it is an unclear boundary: who talks to the client, what happens when the client asks something technical at five o'clock, who owns the relationship if you stop working together, and whether your supplier is quietly building a list of your clients.
So this page is about the arrangement rather than the deliverables. If the structure is not right, the quality of the audits does not matter.
What the program covers
How an engagement runs
- 01 Fit call Your client base, capacity and what you need covered. If we are not right for you, this is where we say so. Day 1
- 02 NDA and terms Confidentiality, communication protocol and rates agreed in writing. Week 1
- 03 Branding setup Your templates, logo and document styling applied to everything we produce. Week 1
- 04 Pilot account One account, usually an audit, so you can inspect quality before committing a retainer client. Week 2
- 05 Tier review As volume grows, rates and priority move with it. Reviewed quarterly rather than on request. Ongoing
How partner rates work
Shared on the fit call under NDA. The structure is described here so there are no surprises.
We quote on the call, once we have seen the site and the search terrain. A number given before that is a guess, and usually a high one.
Questions buyers actually ask
You sell SEO to your client under your own brand and we deliver it behind you. Your client contracts with you, pays you, and never sees our name. We invoice you at wholesale rates and you keep the difference.
No, and it is in the agreement rather than being a promise. We do not contact your clients during the partnership or after it ends.
No minimum to start. Committed monthly volume earns better rates, but we would rather you test us on one account first.
Active account volume. Thresholds and the rates at each are shared on the fit call, and reviewed quarterly so you move up automatically rather than having to ask.
Yes. Reports, dashboards and documents carry your branding, set up during onboarding before your first delivery.
This page is the commercial arrangement: tiers, terms and onboarding. The reseller services page covers what actually gets delivered. Most partners read this one first and that one second.
What to ask any white label supplier
Start with a fit call
Thirty minutes on your client base, your capacity and what you need covered. If we are not the right supplier for you, we will tell you on that call.
