AI Slop Content Checker
Is my SEO content AI slop?
Check your content for filler, repetitive AI-style phrasing, and missing original information. Get a Slop Score and Information Gain score with the exact text patterns and content gaps highlighted for review.
Runs in your browser. Pasted text never leaves your machine. No signup, no email, nothing stored.
Fetches the page's public HTML server-side to read it, then the analysis itself runs the same way either mode. Nothing is stored.
What the two scores mean
Stock phrases, assistant leftovers, the "not just X, it's Y" construction, pattern words, hedging, unsourced claims and rule-of-three fragments. It measures density, so a long page isn't punished for being long, and every hit is quoted in the sentence it came from.
The things a competing page can't copy: numbers you own, first-hand experience, a named person accountable for it, external sources, something to use, and media beyond text.
Two things it deliberately ignores. Word count, because there's no magic length. And sentence-length variance, because it needs a whole page to mean anything and can't show you evidence for itself in a snippet.
Honest note: this is pattern matching against a curated list of red-flag phrases and constructions, not a classifier trained to detect AI authorship, and it makes no claim about who or what wrote the page. The same phrasing can appear in genuinely human writing; treat flagged items as things worth a second look, not proof of anything.
What This AI Slop Content Checker Checks

- Exact matches: Shows the text that triggered each pattern instead of giving you unexplained scores.
- Content types: Check pasted text, a single URL, up to 20 URLs, or a sitemap.
- Page type: Scores your content against expectations for the page type you select (blog post, service page, product page, category, location page, or homepage).
- Transparent analysis: Uses pattern matching rather than guessing whether content was written by AI.
